Charlie the Butcher!! No not a butcher but a place recommended by the Food Network - Beef on Weck...

This was in the lobby of a swanky office block - spoke to Tim who told us where the real 'Charlie' was - so a drive through town to see Charlie, the originator of Beef on Weck - weck we found out was the bread!!
