It's been hard doing blogs from a week ago, but finally updating on the same day we went to the canyon .....
Yet another beautiful place, up in the mountains - the maple trees had turned red, the aspens were yellow and the mountains had snow on them - heavenly.....
We also gave ourselves a break and went to the 'mall' (huge shopping centre)
No scenery!!!!
Tomorrow we start driving the Loneliest road in America, from here to Lake Tahoe is 680 miles!!!! Most of which is across the Nevada Desert.......
This is my fault as I saw this drive on Lonely Planet 'best drives in USA' about six months ago.....
We will be making several stops on the way, but not sure if there is wifi....
